I have an application with which i usually open my recipe developed in C# in visual studio. I enabled the ability to double click on my recipe to open directly with my application where I said "open with"->myAppln.exe. It was all working fine.
But recently, after I updated my application( which I do often)what I saw was while doing "open with" -> myAppln.exe, the application opens but I don't see any updated changes. Everything still appears to look as how it was previously. It is somehow
picking up the older version which I don't have anymore. For name sake while testing , I removed some of my dependent files without which myAppln.exe cannot open and then I tried to do "open with" on my recipe and this appln was happily opened which
is why i believe it is picking some other version but which is not present any more. I'm unsure how this is happening.
Please, give me pointers as to what might be going wrong in here and how could i always open with the latest version of myAppln.exe.
