I am facing this problem inside my SharePoint On-Premises 2013. where i have the following:-

1。团队网站集，其中包含自定义列表，我为自定义列表定义了自定义内容类型。

1. Team site collection, which contain a custom list, and i define a custom content type for my custom list.

2。在站点级别的自定义内容类型中，我定义了一个保留策略，用于在创建10天后将项目移动到回收站。如下： -

2. inside the custom content type at site level, i defined a retention policy to move items to the recycle bin after 10 Days from being created. as follow:-

3。现在保留策略已将项目移动到回收站5天，但最近2天有些项目的发生日期已经过去。

3. now the retention policy have moved items to the recycle bin for 5 days, but last 2 days there are items which have their occurrence date already passed.

因此我不确定保留策略的原因停止工作？

so i am not sure why the retention policy stopped working ?

我有一点可能有助于解决问题。现在我有一个备份工作安排在每天凌晨1点做一个农场备份+网站集备份。我已经注意到这些物品正在1:15之间发送到回收站。

One point i have which might help in figuring out the problem. now i have a backup job scheduled at 1:00 am each day to do a farm back-up + site collection back up. and i have noted that the items are being sent to the recycle bin between 1:15  - 1:25 . so could the backup job i am doing conflict with the retention policy ? as when i do a site collection backup the site will be in read-only mode during the backup period..

second point, if i manage to fix this problem, then can i force the items which had their occurrence date already passed, to get moved to the recycle bin ?
