Everytime you need to do coordinated team work you think that it's fitting to use SharePoint for planning projects and so on but everytime you are half way in setting something up in SP it turns out that SharePoint doesn't support a basic function, which you would assume were implemented as a default function because it's such a critical function for the whole app to even make sense.

Seriously, how come there is no easy way to set up reminders for team member in a SharePoint calendar? (WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!?). If only I was able to set a reminder in Outlook from the SharePoint calendar "connection function" but for some reason it only allows me to set a 15 min. reminder on SharePoint calendar events. Why!?

I can't believe how many years SharePoint has been out and how bad it still is. Each time you want to setup something in SP, which you would think "OK, this is perfect for SharePoint" you run into a "SharePoint doesn't have this function - you need to code it yourself in SP Designer or do a work around by setting up some redicoulosly workflows, which no successor would ever get a chance to understand should it happen you change job position".
