Hi everyone

I have Sharepoint server entreprise 2013 edition installed 
When I create service applications it's ok in the begining , its works , but after few days when I try to add another service application and I have noticed that it concerned the service application wich are related with entreprise features like Excel services or Performances point ... ; it's stuck and not do anything , 
also when i go in Operations.------>Upgrade and migration section,-----> Enable Features on existing sites.and check it again it is hanging at Initializing .
il seems that my features entreprise are not recognized and have to be deployed every time but it hang after when I try to do it 
I found a solution in Technet forum , by runing SharePoint Products and Technologies Wizard and selected remove this server from the farm.I ran SharePoint Products and Technologies Wizard for a second time and reconnected to the configuration database 
and after that, all things work correctly but after a couple of days the same scenario still occurs , any help please ?? I can not detached the server each time !! Thanx

Hi,

Please clear the configuration cache on all servers, and compare the results.

1. Stop the timer service.

2. Delete all the XML files in the config cache. There are loads of XML files that can be found in the folder "%SystemDrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\SharePoint\Config\". Do not delete the folder and Cache.ini file.

3. Back up the Cache.ini file. Edit the "cache.ini" file, set the content to 1. This indicates that all cache settings need to be refreshed. Eventually this value gets automatically updated to another number when the cache is repopulated.

4. Start the timer service.
