As I have to develop an app in window phone 7 by the help of CMU sphinx, I have to implement speech recognition with CMU sphinx but native code of sphinx is not supported in Window phone 7, so please provide some assistance or any plugin for the same.

Consider writing the app for WP8, which accommodates native app (C++) development. This would make it easier to port CMU sphinx.  WP7 only supports C#/VB.

Otherwise you will need to recode CMU sphinx from C to C#.
