I am trying to deploy my  app on HTC device . But It gives me error shown below.

What is meaning of this error. Can anybody help me?

An optimization failure is usually caused by having a DLL in your XAP file that is not compatible, wrong version, strong signed and expired, etc. Inspect the built XAP for DLLs that do not belong. You may need to rebuild one or more DLL libraries, or have them built for the WP8 environment.
