I have managed to localise my app by moving all strings to AppResources. I have also localised the app title an tile by creating an AppResLib.dll file. My question is how to localise the app description? Part of the requirements for technical certification in 5.5.1 (language validation) says to localise the app description. How is this achieved? Thanks for any info!

You can do this when you submit the application to the app store. 

When you upload your XAP, you will have to fill in all the details on the web page (as well as the title of your app)
