We have Custom Page layout where we have controls like taxonomy fields, rating and comments. This Issue has been intermittent and it is has been occurring in page edit mode. When we creates page using custom page layout and after adding some content to it
and trying to format text by selecting, it injects the text randomly. I have also checked that it is occurring defaults browser Mode that is IE=8.

Could you please point me in right direction. Is this issue is related to page content control on publishing page or other controls like taxonomy, comment web part causing issue. It is occuring on production site no and we are not able to reproduce this in development environment.
