For the past few days I have been trying to install Visual C# Express ( 2008 or 2010 ), but have not succeeded. Each version presents a different problem. I have tried installing on several different computers in my house, but to no avail.

Now whenever I try to download Visual C# Express 2010, it gets to a certain point and then hangs ( hangs at SQL Server r2 2008 if I remember correctly ). Eventually, it will lose connection and fail all re-connection attempts. The same happens no matter what browser or computer I use.

For the 2008 version, it will download to a certain point, but then my transfer rate will suddenly drop to 0. Again, same for all computes.

I have even attempted downloading the ISO file. When downloading this, it starts off good, but eventually the transfer rate will fall to 0 ( slowly, not suddenly like Express 2008 ).

Upon further investigation, it seems I am unable to download ANYTHING from this site. I can download from other sites fine. I have never had this problem with Microsoft's site until recently. Ideas?
