Here's my problem: my WDS 4.0 has following "problem". Whenever Outlook (2003 SP3) is running and I click on an email out of search result, I can see all details and content of an email. Once I shut down Outlook and click on any email from search results I get "full preview of this item is not available unless microsoft outlook is running" banner and a very "limited" preview of an email.
