I have an issue when I try to access on a subsite the Site Columns settings :

Field type PublishingCatalogSourceFieldType is not installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete this field.

Also if I try to access the "add from an existing column" from the library I am receiving the same error . Is strange because I have this issue on a single subsite, other subsites are working fine .
