We are trying to build a company app for Windows Phone 8, for employers to use.

However, I could not install the app successfully. I tried to follow all steps mentioned in http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/jj206943(v=vs.105).aspx .

1. I bought a certificate from symantec. Installed on my computer (computer 1), exported pfx file.
2. I generated AET using AETGenerator tool and pfx file (on computer 2)
3. I run BUILDMDILXap.ps1 script with xap and pfx file (Xap file is what visual studio generated during build), and got my_file_new.xap file (which is signed)
4. I uploaded AETX and signed XAP file into secure web site which is accessible to our personnel.

After that, I tried to install XAP file on Windows Phone 8 without first installing AETX file. The phone gave me error message as I expected: "Before you install this app, you need to add XXXX company account. Contact your company's support person for help". Then I installed AETX file, which showed a confirmation "Would you like to add the company account for XXXX?". I clicked "add", but the phone showed no result. After the Enrollment Token process, I retried to install XAP file from URL, the phone asked "Would you like to install AAAA from XXXX?" as I expected. I clicked "install" but again the phone showed no result. At this very moment, I expect my application to be installed on phone, but there is none.

For testing purpose, can you try installing AET token and  xap file as an attachement in email and test as follows:

2.Install xap file from the email attachment

If the xap is installed succesfully you will see your app listed in the app list on your device.
