I've tried several times to install Visual Studio Community 2017 RC several times without success. I also uninstalled and re-installed, as well as the "repair" option a few times. If you've already got a Win10 SDK installed, try removing them first.
I'm not sure if that is the problem, but it seemed to resolve the
initial install failure for me.
