During the installation process, did you turn off Anti-virus software and firewall? It can block some components from applying. Another reason is that the TypeScript SDK and Android NDK are third-party extensions to Visual Studio, their server-side could temporarily shut down or has network problem, in this situation, these couldn't load smoothly.
