Hi guys, hope you can help me with this problem:

Since last week my web app is stopping suddenly, I solved temporaly creating a slot, deploy my API and switching it to a production, this way my API works fine for few hours and then it stops again whit the same error

When I check the instance logs I see errors about permissions of reading the web.config file but I don't manage this config file and the stack trace talks about kudu configs:

Could you confirm what kind of a webapp is it(PHP/JAVA/ASP.NET)? When you say webapp stops, does it mean that it throws any HTTP 5xx error?
