I am new to visual studio and .net.
我知道要在清单上签名.但是问题是我不能在清单上签名.我可以编译生成并发布我的项目，并且程序可以在开发计算机中执行.但是该程序不能安装在客户端计算机中错误信息是:清单可以 不可用.或在读取清单时无法打开文件.
I know where to sign the manifest.But the problem is I can not sign it.And I can compile build and publish my project,And the program can execute in development machine .But the programm can't install in client machine.The error message is:the manifest can be unavailable.or file can't be opened when read the manifest.
