Was trying to re-create unique permissions for a current subsite and deleted the permissions page for it to take it back to inherit from parent Web site.  However, now am unable to get back into permissions to be able to re-create permissions.

Hi,

There is no other door opened for you to restore the deleted unique permission except recreating it unless you have back up.

如果已备份，则可以通过PowerShell脚本恢复子站点的权限.

If you have backup, you could restore permission of your subsite by PowerShell script.
