经过分析并浏览博客后，我认为WP7中不支持语音识别的API.

After analysis and going through blogs ,I suppose that there is no API support for speech recognition in WP7.

Also I did not got any outside service to support the same , the one I found was asking for WP8 platform. If so how does WP7 have the feature of voice recognition implemented?
