您好我有一个找不到的问题

我需要从azure的管理实例连接到另一个sql服务器，并且连接失败，我确实在sql server的配置中看到命名管道已被禁用，但是当我尝试启用时，它显示我摆脱了这个我无法做到的错误

知道 什么...还可以在sql配置管理器中更改tcp ip中的端口

注意.所做的更改需要不停止sql服务.可能是问题吗?

Hi  I have a problem that i cannot found

I need to connect from a manage instance of azure to an another sql server , and the connection fail, I did see in the configuration of the sql server that the Named Pipes its disabled, but when I try to enable , it show me off this error that I cannot 

know  what... also if I can to change port in tcp ip in sql configuration manager

Note. the change need to make without stop sql services. could be the problem?
