I have a application which runs perfectly on my local machine,but when i move the piece of code to a server,its not working

The problem is in a page i download a template and enter details and upload then the problem arises when i run it from server , but the same operation works well in my local machine

The problem it is showing is <b>"Location of the file name is not correct"</b>

So i need to know the path of the application installed so that i will the path while uploading the document..

Please help me out
