    I am using a start task process in one of my WF, I wanna get all the Approver comments and send mail,

This can be done through SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio workflows. In SharePoint Designer, use "Collect data from User" action which will create a task for the user whenever workflow starts and in this action you can create the columns which you want to show in this task content type. These columns will be visible in the Task List once you design your workflow in SharePoint Designer and whenever the user completes the task, the value for these columns will be visible in the Task List.

As far as OOTB workflows are concerned, there has to be a way to display the comments of the Approver. I have never tried this OOTB. So let me check and I will post the findings over here.
