I have implemented a Credential Manager/Network Provider -- I have tested on Windows XP and Windows 7 with Password & Smart Card authentication.  My provider gets called for Password authentication on both platforms, but when authenticating with a smart card, NPLogonNotify is called on XP but not Windows 7.

The NPLogonNotify won't be called if mpnotify.exe is not running. Could you please check on your Windows 7 machine if this process is running?
