for moving the *.ldf to different location , do the following

*使用dismount-spcontentdatabase powershell命令卸载内容数据库，或从中央管理员中删除CDB

* dismount the content databases using dismount-spcontentdatabase powershell command, or remove the CDB from the central admin

Get-SPContentDatabase -WebApplication http://sitename | Dismount-SPContentDatabase

*打开sql Management Studio，然后备份数据库.

*open sql management studio, then backup the databases.

*然后分离数据库.

*移动ldf 文件到新位置.

*move the ldf  files to the new location.

** don't forget to give the proper permission to the SQL service account on the new location .
