I am using SBS 2008 server with SharePoint Services. SharePoint is used very rare, but LDF file is still growing. 

I have strange 6 Gigs sized log named:

SERVER\MICROSOFT##SSEE\Databases\SharePoint_Config_29c26fca-17b8-48c1-9704-b869932abcb6

how can I shrink it?

When I need open Properties, then warning about permission is displayed:

How can I disable this big files creation? 

Is possible disable it without disabling SharePoint Services ?
