my system crashed, I changed the power supply and hard drive.  after the crash the system keep resarting freauently, that is why I changed the hard drive.   later, I tried to install windows from the cd rom, it checks my system then says "starting windows" then the system start over and repeat the same steps.  I tried several times without sucess.  I tested the hard drive with another computer, it works fine.

I get an error message "windows fail to start because c:\windows\system32\config\system" is corrupted.  Problem is, I can not see or do anything to my hard disk.  I tried a bootable system check, it tells me that windows loading, when it finishes, system locked up (dead)  Please can somone help me?
