Could you please confirm, If SharePoint Foundation 2013 supported on Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition?

As per following Microsoft article, windows server 2016 RTM is not supported, however, it does not mention whether a newer version of windows server 2016 is supported. We found some more article, however, none of them confirm on supportability, once guy installed SPF2013 on WS2016 with trial and error.

SharePoint normally supports a N+1, N-1 policy.  Which means they normally support installation on the OS and SQL that were available when the product shipped plus one version newer and older.  For SharePoint 2013 N+1 would be Windows Server 2012 R2.  Server 2016 is not supported.  You might get it to work, but its not supported.
