I have the latest Cu update installed but is still showing 15.0.4571.1502 is installed...

I'm getting this error.  The mentioned service is running.

Severity	0 - Rule Execution Failure
Category	Availability
Explanation	This operation uses the SharePoint Administration service (spadminV4), which could not be contacted.  If the service is stopped or disabled, start it and try the operation again.
Remedy	Try to start the cache host. Go to services.msc and start appfabriccaching service. For more information about this rule, see "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=224174".

Hi Susan_773, 

Make sure you have run SharePoint 2013 products configuration wizard after you installed latest cu. 

For the error, start the AppFabric Caching service.

In Server Manager, click Tools, and then click Services.

In the Services list, make sure that the status of AppFabric Caching Service is Started. If not, right-click AppFabric Caching Service, and click Start.
