I tried to install visual studio community 2015 with update 3, on my new computer with Windows 10, but for some reason at the end of the installation it alerted me that some packages were missing. So after the installation was done I entered the software and tried to install the important ones manually, like by clicking on "install visual C++ 2015 tools for windows desktop". But when it started to install it alerted me again that some packages are missing...
