Downloaded the new Windows Phone 8 SDK, great.

Tried to run the application on the emulator, I get:

Not so great.  This is simple I have a Dell Precision 4600 Laptop, 8GB Memory, SSD drive, latest quad-core processor.

Installed the SDK and VS2012 in the last couple of days so I am sure this isn't some lingering problem.

What's the deal here?  I went into the Hyper-V manager and it can't start those images either.  Am I on the bleeding edge here?

Update: Re-installed the SDK, deleted the VMs from the HyperV manager, now I get "something happened while deleting a virtual machine error code 32775"  when I try to launch the debugger.

AVG Anti-virus was the issue.  I hope no one else wastes half a day chasing their tail on this one :-(
