i have visual studio 2012 prem installed and Windows Phone SDK 8 installed.

When i try to create a windows phone project, visual studio displays error message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Also I can't open sample projects or lab projects of Windows Phone 8 training as it says unsupported (these project file/solution files are for the Express version. It converts the .sln file ok but not the project file.
