This doesn't really mean anything to us. Registration is a heavily used word in the industry so we don't know what context you're referring to. You do mention a site collection so I'd wager SharePoint or at least a web app. In the case of SharePoint we can move your thread to the SharePoint forums. For general web development questions though you'll need to post in the ASP.NET forums.
