Hello everyone.

I'm the admin of a small company, and lately I've noticed that some of our users are on a Trial version of VS (mostly the employees that have joined the company last).

The steps I took to give them access to VS 2015 pro was:

1st - Add their users in Azure Portal.
2nd- from *****.visualstuio.com I've added their accounts, and gave them access to Visual Studio (professional)

Knowing that the company has 9 Professional licenses (+5 free basics) and we currently have 9 developers.

When the said users log into VS (not all of them - 3 out of 9), they get the notification of "Trial 30 day" and when I press on "Check for an update license" it says "The best license we could find is a trial license. If you have already purchased a subscription, please add the account and ensure that account us authenticated."

I'd be very grateful if you guys can point out what I'm doing wrong.
