I'm running VS 2015 14.0.25431.01 Update 3 on Windows 10 Build 14931, and at some stage recently (I'm not entirely sure when) the DOM explorer and JavaScript console have completely stopped functioning when working with a JavaScript UWP project.

I've seen information around about upgrading IE 10 to IE 11 and resetting the zoom level etc. but none of that seems to be relevant (i.e. I'm running IE11 and zoom level is 100%). The Edge developer tools were blank the other day and were fixed by using the F12 Chooser, but VS remains broken. Using F12Chooser.exe to try and debug the app just results in a blank black window that must be killed via Task Manager.

Do I have any options available apart from uninstalling and trying to reinstall VS? My net connection is not the fastest which makes it a pretty painful exercise.
