When we try to cut / paste a file from a library in one subsite to a library in another subsite using Windows explorer, we get a message "Can't read from the source file or disk". We are able to copy/paste the file. Even we are able to cut / paste if its in the same site. Is this a known limitation, we have SharePoint 2013.
