Hello,

I have a customer that is requesting the "tiles" (Promoted Links) in Sharepoint 2013. She wants to have a little more of an advanced feature added onto them. On a tile, she wants to have a "notification" bubble, like you see in Apple/Android devices for new items in a document library, lists, etc. As she has many users that would be on this site.
Would that be possible to do? If so, how would you go about that?
