We have a list that uses Choice column types. The first problem is that the column title includes the actual text of the question, which throws off the display in both EditForm and DispForm views. The second problem has to do with how to best display a long question in such a way that it is seen in all views but does not throw them into something unmanageable. For example, here in EditForm we see the long question (long column name) for a choice field.

We really do need to see the question for the choice column in both DispForm and EditForm views. How can we best address this without SPD design/coding work? I am able to insert style and jquery scripts onto a page view Webpart, but that's about the extent of my coding ability. Alternatively, is there a better solution for how to work with multiple choice field types where you need to ask extended questions?
