I have downloaded this palette for VS 2015: studiostyl.es/schemes/solarized-dark
If I use this with the VS Color theme 'Dark' everything looks fine.

Firstly, to verify your account, please ask for a requirement in Verify your Account 36.

To test your issue, I download the solarized-dark_vs2015 setting and export it to my Visual Studio 2015 Professional with Update3.

Result: The blue theme works fine on my side, the black text didn't show up.
有关工具"的信息>导入和导出设置以首先重置所有设置.
How about go to Tools> Import and export settings to Reset all settings first.

Then export the solarized-dark_vs2015 setting again to check if the same situation exists.
