I posted a couple of hours ago that my app had moved to from Certification to Signing today.

I just checked again and its gone back to Certification!

We are working on an issue with the digital certificates used to sign apps (http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_phone/b/windowsphone/archive/2012/08/14/can-t-download-an-app-here-s-why.aspx). And that caused your submission to move back to Signing. It was just for onetime ... it will not move back anymore.
