An application can only access the Alarms and Reminders that the application has created.

To access scheduled Alarm and Reminder objects use the ScheduledActionService class. 

ex:"Use GetActions<T>() and Find(String) to retrieve actions that have been previously registered. Replace(ScheduledAction) is used to update an existing action, and Remove(String) removes a scheduled action from the system."
