hi i am not a big computer person but i am having a problem with my compaq laptop it has stopped working. when i try to log in to my profile the screen goes black and says "Microsoft Windows Search protocol Host stopped working... a problem caused the application to stop working correctly" and then it leaves me with a blanck screen with only my mouse there. i am able to get onto task manager but that is it...sorry about the lack of information im not big with computers. please help i really need to get on my computer...this is the home computer that im on at the moment not the laptop...email me at [e-mail]. thankyou
