我无法下载新的安全软件. [英] I cant download the new security software .

问题描述

我已经有了onecare，而且快要到期了，我尝试下载新的安全软件，但是它始终表明我已经有一次护理阻止了该操作.

I already had onecare and it's almost expire, I try to download the new security software ,however it always show I already had one care which blocked the action.
