I have a site collection in which in different search pages showing different search result count. Can anyone please help.

Hi, remember search is contextual by it's nature, so you will see the content within that site for the terms, and unless all sites have all the same content, the results would vary.  The searchCenter should return the same counts as it searches across all site collections and sites.
