CD/DVD驱动器无法打开，错误消息. [英] CD/DVD drive won't open, error message.

问题描述

Vista，东芝Satellite系列笔记本电脑.

Vista, Toshiba Satellite series laptop.

我按了驱动器上的按钮，指示灯闪烁了几次，然后什么也没有.尝试使用控制面板中的弹出选项打开，但显示弹出'DVD-RW驱动器(D)时发生错误".使用回形针弹出打开的驱动器，但计算机无法读取 光盘(音乐，DVD或游戏).

I push button on drive, light blinks a few times then nothing. Tried opening using eject option in control panel, but says "an error occurred while ejecting 'DVD-RW Drive (D)."  Used paperclip to pop open drive, but computer does not read disc (music, dvd, or game).
