Is there any such thing that classes can be compiled into objects to save in files seperately to use later when necessary, or, to distrubete them as third party not being able to read the source code ? If so, what's the name of this technology ?

You can create a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) containigg your classes, and distribute that.  They can be loaded at runtime, later, if necessary, and do not require source code for usage, as they're already compiled.
