I have created folders within a team site for work in Sharepoint. I am attempting to use the scan feature and upload these documents into OneDrive and have them immediately viewable via Sharepoint. When I scan and upload, it will tell me the upload is complete, but it will not appear in the folder or anywhere in Sharepoint. When I first created the folder, this worked beautifully, and now it will not work at all, seemingly. Thanks in advance for the help.

In OneDrive app, you can scan the file and upload the file into OneDrive. By default, it only stores the file in OneDrive.

It will not store the file into SharePoint site directly. You should move or copy the file to SharePoint site.
