I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and Office 2016 and I am able to utilize existing slide libraries, but I am not able to UPLOAD (PUBLISH) new slides.  I can edit and upload existing slides, just not new ones.

PowerPoint still goes through the motions and appears to complete successfully - there are no error/fail messages - but the slide(s) never appear.
