The SharePoint 2013 Farm is configured with Site Collection Quota Limit. When the warning level or maximum storage level is reached, an email is sent to the Farm Administrator.

The Portal has different department site collections. The farm admin wants to add individual email or group email for sending warning email when site storage reaches the maximum.

The farm administrator does not want to make these email users as site collection administrator or owner.  These users are has either read or contribute permission in the site collection.

No, it doesn’t support to send email to other roles except Site collection admin.

此功能是SharePoint内置服务，不支持更改.

This feature is  SharePoint built-in service, It doesn’t support be changed.

If you want someone to receive this reminder email, you need to elevate this person to site collection admin.
