I have a WinCE Pro/2000 device with keyboard *and* with the command prompt. So, why can't we have Windows Script Host on these devices?

Perusing the CE SDK docs indicates, that most of the underlying system components to make WSH a possibility on WinCE are already in place,  ie. COM and OLE.

Trying to debug my scripts within HTML web pages isn't practical. So I've cobbled together an x86 emulator image to run a desktop OS within the CE device. It's workable, however memory constraints and speed issues don't give a real indication of how the script might behave when executed on my desktop PC (when I arrive home).
