We would like to import a few git source code, from our company git repositories to azure devops. However our  organisation has a firewall restriction that allows only few Ip's to clone reposiotry; so for us to do the import we need a list of Azure IP address. Our region is WestEurope. 

Could anyone confirm or guide as to whether I can use this official Microsoft IP range list to use for devops - repo import allow firewall rules.

Yes. I believe whitelisting the IPs for your region from the XML file should do the trick.
