您好，我想告诉您，就像2周前一样，我只是安装了net framework(更新的在线安装程序)，当它差不多完成时，我或多或少地等待了1个小时，但安装从未完成.然后我只是取消该安装，之后我要 重新安装，但使用(Oflline Installer)重新安装并重新提取文件时说"此程序包的另一个安装已在运行.请等待其他安装完成，然后再重新安装此程序包".那非常 令我烦恼的是，我现在什至不能玩我的游戏，如果您知道如何解决，请回复

Hi , I Wanted tell you that like 2 weeks ago i just install net framework (Updated Online Installer) When its almost done i waited for 1 hours more or less but the installations is never finish. Then i just cancel that installation, after that i want to reinstall again but with (Oflline Installer) When i just open and file extracted Its Says "Another Instalations of this package is already  running.Please wait other install to finish before reinstall this package" That Very Annoying to me , i cant even play my game now Please Reply if You Know how to solve

please have a try with the following steps to Check if the Installer Service is running:

2. Find Windows Installer service, change Startup type to "Disabled", click OK, and reboot your computer.

5. Click Start to start the service.
6. Click OK.
